Kristen L. Metty, CPA, JD, is co-owner and founder of Exceptional Assistance LLC, and a full-service expert for Intuit® TurboTax Live. She holds master’s degrees in accountancy, business administration, and public administration, and also has a juris doctor (law degree). Kristen has taught accounting at the college level for Judson College in Marion, Ala., and served as the college’s chief business officer. She has significant experience working with small business owners and faith-based nonprofit organizations, and finds great joy in accounting. She met her husband, Bob, more than 30 years ago at the University of Florida, where they were married at the end of their freshman year. They have five children.
