How to check for updates in Document Management System

This article will help you:

  • Update to the latest version of the program that you already have installed. If you need to upgrade to next year's version, you must do so through My Account.
  • Turn on automatic updates.

Follow these steps to update DMS:

  1. Open DMS.
  2. Select the Tools menu at the top of your program.
  3. Click on Internet Updates.

If updates are available, they will be downloaded now.

To enable automatic updates:

  1. Select the Tools menu at the top of your program.
  2. Click on Options.
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. Check the box labeled Autocheck for updates.

With this set, DMS will check for updates each time you open the program. If updates are available, you'll be asked if you want to download the updates.
