Using comments in ProConnect Tax

ProConnect Tax comments have been updated with new features to improve collaboration between users within the same tax firm.

To add a comment in a return, select the comment icon on the right rail:

Using the collaborative features

After opening the comments panel, select Add note.

Add a title and a comment up to 10,000 characters. You can also can attach documents and mention other users in their comments, increasing the efficiency of workflows.

Notifications

When a team member is tagged in a comment, they will receive notification in product and via email. From the notification they can access the comment within the specific return it was made.
