How to access and troubleshoot webinars and product training

We offer pre-recorded training videos for ProSeries, Lacerte, and ProConnect Tax. These videos walk you through common inputs to complete tax returns, as well as how to navigate the programs.

If you'd like to review the training videos available for ProSeries or Lacerte:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. From the left of the screen, select Training ⮕ Videos & docs.

We offer free live and recorded webinars for ProSeries, Lacerte, and ProConnect Tax. You can attend live webinars for CE credits, or watch recorded sessions on your schedule.

How do I access my CPE certificates from live webinars or Virtual Conferences

  • If all requirements are met and the session provides CPE credit, certificates will sent to the email you provided during registration.
  • Certificates will be sent within 48 hours via Certifier
  • Check Junk / Spam if not received within 48 hours.
  • If you have an issue with your certificate or haven't received your certificate, contact ProTax_Training@intuit.com, and provide details including webinar title and date you attended.

Webinar doesn't launch after selecting Attend Now

  • If a pop-up blocker is enabled in the web browser, the webinar will be prevented from launching
  • For browser-specific steps to disable a pop-up blocker, click here

I'm in the webinar but unable to see the slides or the slides aren't changing

  • Refresh the webinar by selecting F5 on your keyboard
  • If the problem isn't resolved, close and relaunch the webinar
  • It's also recommended to close all other programs running on the computer while attending the webinar
  • If you're still unable to see the slides or slides don't change, you may need to clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. Select an option here for browser-specific steps:

I'm in the webinar but unable to hear the audio

  • Confirm the start time of the webinar. Audio and video won't begin before the start
  • Make sure your computer speakers are working and the volume on your computer is enabled
  • Refresh the webinar by selecting F5 on your keyboard
  • If you are still unable to hear, you may need to clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. Select an option here for browser-specific steps:
  • If attending a recorded webinar, audio commences when the webinar starts

I'm looking for a copy of the slides, a handout or relevant link

All handouts, slides, or relevant links can be found in the Docs tab near the Chat tab.

I'm having issues with polling

The Poll tab will only show when the presentation speaker launches a poll. You can click the
poll tab, then choose an answer by clicking an answer button (no submit button). Once
clicked, the answer button’s text will appear purple. For a visual, please find Polling Help in
the Docs tab.
