Managing your Intuit account

Intuit Account Manager where you can complete various tasks to manage  your Intuit account. You can control the information that spans across all of your Intuit products, including ProSeries, ProConnect Tax, Lacerte, and EasyACCT.

You can access the Sign in & security section here.

This section contains the information to help make sure only you can sign in to your account.  You can adjust this information as needed:

• User ID
• Email address
• Password
• Phone
• Linked Identities (if they exist)
• Two-step verification
• Account activity

This section contains the information we use for all of your products.

Data privacy

You can access the Data privacy section here.

This section allows you to request a download of you personal data and/or permanently delete all or some of your personal data.

Here are some important notes about downloading data:

• Check your email. We’ll email you to let you know when your download is ready.
• Requests usually take up to 15 days. How long it takes depends on the size of your request. You won’t be able to send another download or delete request during this time.
• Data can’t be uploaded. You won’t be able to upload the data you download to one of our products.
