Generating Alabama Form PPT in the in ProConnect Tax

Where is the input to generate Alabama Form PPT?

To generate the Form PPT in an S-Corporation return:

1. From the Input Return tab, go to State & Local ⮕ Other Forms.
2. Select AL Bus Privilege Rtrn & Annual Rpt.
3. Enter a 2 in the input that says 1=suppress annual report, 2=print annual report with return, 3=print only annual report [Override].
4. Make any other applicable entries in this screen.

To generate the Form PPT in a Partnership return:

1. From the Input Return tab, go to State & Local ⮕ Other Forms.
2. Select AL Bus Privilege Rtrn & Annual Rprt.
3. Enter a 2 in the input that says 1=suppress annual report, 2=print annual report with return, 3=print only annual report [Override].
4. Make any other applicable entries in this screen.

To generate the Form PPT in an Individual return:

1. From the Input Return tab, go to State & Local ⮕ Taxes.
2. Select AL Taxes.
3. Click the blue Entity hyperlink in the upper right corner
4. Check the box labeled Print Form PPT with return (MANDATORY)
5. Make any other applicable entries in this screen
