Accepting credit card payments through ProSeries

The QuickBooks Money program works with any internet connection and web browser. If you use merchant account services, your clients can pay for your services by credit card.

New QuickBooks Money customers

To sign up for QuickBooks Money services to use with your ProSeries Software:

Visit our website and complete the Intuit QuickBooks Money Service Application for ProSeries or call (877) 309-8261.

To process a credit card within your ProSeries software:

1. From the Tools menu, select Accept Credit Cards Payments
2. Choose Process Payment(s).
3. Follow the instructions on the Web page that appears.
