Resolving the error The first or last name is missing in your account.

When opening the program you may receive the following error:

  • The first or last name is missing in your account. Update the missing information by accessing: Account Manager.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Select the link on the error message or click here.
  2. Sign in using your user name and password.
  3. Select Profile.
  4. Select the arrow next to Name.
  5. Enter your first and last name.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Try to sign in again.
