Resolving the error The first or last name is missing in your account.

When opening the program you may receive the following error:
- The first or last name is missing in your account. Update the missing information by accessing: Account Manager.
To resolve this issue:
- Select the link on the error message or click here.
- Sign in using your user name and password.
- Select Profile.
- Select the arrow next to Name.
- Enter your first and last name.
- Select Save.
- Try to sign in again.
