Finding client files in ProConnect Tax

If you cannot find your client files in ProConnect Tax, try the following fix: 

Clients missing from the list

To find the client, you’ll need to change your client list filter to see inactive clients.

To change a client back to active:

  1. Select Clients.
  2. Select  View inactive clients.
  3. Select the target client.
  4. Select Make active.
