Common questions about ProSeries Multi-Year Access - Single Sign On (SSO)

Now available for ProSeries 2025!

A new sign in experience started in ProSeries 2025. This lets you access the most recent three years of ProSeries without additional logins.  Sign in once and have instant access to the current and two prior years.

This feature is available in tax years 2025, 2024 and 2023.

Common questions:

• How to turn it on?
  • No need; this is on automatically once all three years are up to date.
• Can it be turned off?
  • Yes, though you will need to call and request that this feature be turned off for you. After the fact, it's important to note that this feature can only be enabled/disabled at the firm level. So if a change is made, it will impact all users.
• If I use both ProSeries Basic and ProSeries Professional will I be automatically signed in to both?
  • Yes.
• If I use both ProSeries and Lacerte will I be automatically signed in to both?
  • No. The sign in will only apply to your ProSeries Professional and ProSeries Basic products.
