Merging data from another Document Management System (DMS) database

Follow these steps to use the Import from another DMS database function to combine the contents of two DMS databases:

1. Within the DMS, select the File menu and choose Import.
2. Select Data from another DMS database then Next.
3. Select Browse.
4. Find the folder location of the other DMS database.
5. Once found, open it and select OK.
6. Select the clients to merge and select Next.
7. Once the import has been completed, select Finished.
