Merging data from another Document Management System (DMS) database

Follow these steps to use the Import from another DMS database function to combine the contents of two DMS databases:
- Within the DMS, select the File menu and choose Import.
- Select Data from another DMS database then Next.
- Select Browse.
- Find the folder location of the other DMS database.
- Once found, open it and select OK.
- Select the clients to merge and select Next.
- Once the import has been completed, select Finished.
