How to check "yes" on Form 990, Part IV, line 38 in ProConnect Tax

Follow these steps to check "yes" for Form 990, Part IV, line 38?

1. Go to the Input Return tab.
2. From the left of the screen, select Informational.
3. Select Information Questions (990).
4. From the top of the screen, select Governance.
5. Locate the Governance, Management, Policies, and Disclosure (990, Part VI and 990EZ, Part V) section.
6. Enter an explanation to print on Schedule O in one or both of the following fields:
   • Describe the Form 990 review process (990 Line 11)
   • Describe disclosure of governing docs, policies, and financial statements (990 Line 19).
