How to generate Form 8822 Change of Address in ProSeries

1. Open the client return
2. Press F6 on your keyboard to open the Open Forms menu
3. Type 8822 and click OK to open Form 8822
4. Check the appropriate box in Part I based on the type of return you are preparing
5. Enter the old address on line 6a for taxpayer and 6b for spouse (if different)
6. Enter the new address on line 7
