How to remove an existing family link in Lacerte

Follow the steps below:

If in a network environment be sure all users have exited the Parent and Child files.

  1. Select the Clients list to view the list of your clients.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Family Link (8615).
  3. Select the Parents return from the Family Links section (on the right side of the window).
  4. Select the << Remove button.
  5. Select Yes to the confirmation window Delete Family [client name]?
