E-fie transmission failure: Required extended attribute eroState is missing in ProConnect Tax

This is triggered when the program doesn't detect a state being entered under your Firm information.

To check the accuracy of your Firm information:

1. In ProConnect Tax, go to ⮕ Firm information
2. In the Firm Information section, select the icon to edit.
3. In the Edit window, review and complete any missing fields, specifically the State/Region field.
4. Save your changes.

Once the above has been done, try e-filing again.
