Understanding more information links in the Lacerte Diagnostics tab

When the Diagnostics tab is opened, More Info links may appear next to specific messages.

• When you click a More Info icon, a pop-up window lists additional information and/or links to knowledgebase articles with step-by-step instructions on how to resolve the diagnostic.
