How to Change the Font on Reports

by Intuit Updated 3 weeks ago

Description

How do I change the font size on reports?

Solution

EasyACCT defaults to Times New Roman, size 10 font for printing reports. To change the font type or size:
  1. At the Company Selection screen, select File, Print Preferences.
  2. On the left hand side, select the Report (or Report Group)
  3. On the right side select the Fonts tab and change the font selection.

NOTE: Not all reports have the ability to change the fonts (i.e., checks, labels and laser generated forms).

To restore the Times New Roman as the default font, click Restore Defaults in the Print Preferences screen.

To change the fonts on financial statements (this is done on a per-company basis):

  • Using Statement Templates:
  1. Go to Write-Up, Update Company Files, Financial Statements and select Statement Templates.
  2. Change the font type/size.
  3. Save.
  • Using Customized Statements:
  1. Go to Write-Up, Update Company Files, Financial Statements and select  Custom Statements.
  2. Click Next to access the first instruction line.
  3. Change the font type/size.
  4. Click Next, answer Yes to save changes.
  5. Repeat for each instruction line.
