How to generate Form 8882 in Lacerte

This article will assist you with generating Form 8882, Credit for Employer-Provided Child Care Facilities and Services, in the Individual module of Lacerte.

To generate Form 8882 in the program:

1. Go to Screen 34, General Bus. & Passive Act. Credits.
2. Scroll down to the Employer-Provided Child Care Facilities and Services Credit (8882) section.
3. Enter the Childcare facility expenditures (25%).
4. Enter the Resource and referral expenditures (10%), if applicable.
