The following diagnostic is generating:

Dependent #{PrefixNum}: Please review that the Dependent's relationship is correctly entered. The Relationship must be selected from the drop-down table in the Dependent Information screen.

Solution:

remove relationship of the dependent and then calculate the forms. Then replace the relationship using the drop down.
