The following diagnostic is generating:

The title of signing officer must be present for e-file returns.

Solution:

Click on the diagnostic in the Diagnostics tab.

In Screen 3.1 Miscellaneous Information section>'Title of signing officer' field click the dropdown arrow and select an option from the list.

Critical, will prevent e-file transmisson.
