The following diagnostic is generating: "This return has an address with a New York City zip code, but is not triggering a New York City return. Please review the New York City instructions, and if necessary, file the return. (ref # 2056072)"

Client is a part-year resident of NYC. The NY state return is showing NYC tax. Form IT360.1 is showing on the NY form. 

Is it possible that Lacerte does not know that the IT360.1 is the NYC form for part-year NYC residents?

I cannot make this diagnostic code clear. Thank you for your help.
