REP access showing as needed for some but not all clients after transfer

I have little faith in this, but here goes.  One, why does Lacerte make it so hard to call?  That was just venting.  We paid for a one time 1041 business service, when last year we were a REP client.  I transfer most of my clients ( 1041 clients ) from 2023 to 2024 and some need REP access and some do not.  Is this correct?  I do not want to pay for REP access if I have already paid a one time fee.  Getting help by calling is problematic at best.  Any ideas?
