The following diagnostic is generating: e-file: A maximum of 30 Form W-2's, Form W-2G's, and Form 1099's are allowed for New Mexico e-file. This return must be filed as a conventional paper return. Please review the efile mandate for tax preparers that prepare more than 25 New Mexico personal income tax returns. Form RPD-41338 may be signed by the taxpayers to waive the tax preparer's electronic filing requirement if this return cannot be efiled. A checkmart in "Form RPD-41338 on file" in the Miscellaneous Info screen will trigger that form. (ref #4030)
