Form W-2 #{PrefixNum}: Employer's name, address, city, state, and ZIP code are required input fields.

Solution:

Click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab.

In screen 10 Wages, review all W-2s for Employer's name, address, city, state, and ZIP code. Input any missing information.

Critical, will prevent e-file transmission.
