Form 8862, Part II entries are required for child one when Sch EIC is present.

Solution:

Go to screen 77.1 input for Form 8862.

Under Part II, make sure to fill out all required information for Child One, including:

• First and last name
• SSN
• Relationship to the taxpayer
• Number of months lived with the taxpayer

Confirm that all child information matches what's entered on Schedule EIC.
