I have a adoption carryover and I have two issues.  1st, the child is now over 18 so there is a Critical diagnostic that says you can't take an adoption credit for a child over 18.  2nd I have a Informational diagnostic that says you have to have filed the adoption credit form for any prior years, which Lacerte did. But the box on the form is checked NO I did not file the previous years and I can't find a way to make that box say YES. Please help.
