I cannot get lacerte to provide me with a new prepfile. I moved...and don't want my organizers to use the old address.

I spoke with them at length on 12-30. and their live support appears unable to really grasp what should be a simple thing.

How long does it take them to update the prep file after I updated the address on the main website?
