Lacerte Module Update for States

For some reason when Lacerte does updates, it's downloading bunches of States that I never chose for the modules and it won't let me get rid of them if I try doing a Web Setup to change them. For example, we have maybe 8-10 Fiduciary tax returns and it wants to download 24 states. We only do 1 state. This is how it is for ALL the modules. The other day it took OVER 8 hours to download an update on my computer. That's NOT Acceptable. I didn't have all these things checked during tax season so I don't know how they got checked now and I can't get rid of them!!!!! HELP! Thank you

Uninstall the software - no, you won't lose your data (but I would make double sure you have GOOD, current backups first).

Re-install the software and be 'sure' you don't select all states - pick the one state you do.

You can't uninstall just the states you want gone.
