The following diagnostic is generating: 3/16/22: Diagnostic #56886 - re: CA SB 113 passed in February 2022, stipulates that PTE credit should not be limited by CA Minimum Tax - yet Lacerte continues to produce the limitation with a diagnostic to the effect that CA recently passed law has not been included in the instructions to CA Sch P. 2021 tax return processing is well under way and CA SB 113 passed over a month ago - so, hasn't the change been implemented in Lacerte's program?
