A diagnostic or an EFile rejection?   If a rejection, they need to call healthcare.gov and find out what they have on file for any of the SSNs on the tax return.   

As evidenced by how many of these rejections have been happening this year, seems its easy to accidentally sign up for coverage (thinking that youre just getting a quote) and not realize it.
