I have encountered two issues that the software cannot seem to correct for my EasyAcct account.  If there are multiple employees (this company averages about 35 per week), the ledger takes over 15 minutes just to close so that I can proceed with other actions within the program.  What is the issue??

The second item is that this year I opted to use the repeating salary option for one employee.  The program does not allow me to move to the next employee.  I must close the payroll entry section, go back to the general ledger, then re-open the payroll entry.  Again, it appears the software has an issue.

For these items to be an issue this early in the year should warrant a refund of the price due to the large errors.
