ProConnect Clients not Syncing in Tax Advisor

Has anyone else had issues with syncing their clients from ProConnect into Tax Advisor?

I tried creating a tax plan for a new client in ProConnect, with 50 tax credits available, although when I enter their name nothing comes up and I can't hit next.

Is this a syncing error, or something else?
