Curious if you are still using hosting for Lacerte?  We are considering the platform and looking for honest feedback from users.  Our Intuit sales person would not connect us to current users which feels like a red flag so I'm reaching out to the community here.

Yes I am using the hosted environment - it does go down a bit but overall still worth it.  I think there are periods they cannot handle all the users.  You do need to have a good connection and I do not like all the extra fees for items like excel or word - still need to use them in your own environment.
