Does anyone know if the ProSeries will also work with the states as they determine whether to follow the new federal law exclusion for unemployment? Some states already exclude unemployment income in total, others do not and are considering it. This is going to be a total nightmare.

It's not "going to be", it already is a nightmare. Of course Intuit will work with the states, but the states have to figure out what they are going to do. Who knows how long that will take.

That is why the IRS and the states need to extend tax season like last year.
