1095-A On Husbands or wifes forms?

Separated couple, now filing single, Husband's social security number is in part I only

Wifes name and number in Part I & II under covered individuals

Husbands name and social are not in Part II.

Does this 1095-A go on husbands Tax forms or wifes?

I would think you need to put on husbands return to avoid a future IRS notice. Then complete the Shared Policy Info worksheet.
