Is a QBI deduction allowed for a self rental to an sstb C corporation?

It seems the intent of the law was to view this as substance over form. Though I have not seen any discussion of related party C Corps, it seems this is the same as any self rental, the self rental is treated as an SSTB (not a real estate rental).
