So I saw the below link and I got curious what type of group they had set up. Evidently there aren't a lot of requirements to become a member because after clicking it on, I became the newest member. I think you already have changed.
It says "Only active ProConnect customers in the current tax year will be approved for membership". So if you were approved for membership, that must mean you are an active ProConnect customer.
