Can you deduct broker/investment fees on Form 8960 (Net Investment Tax) in Part II line 9c? I am not asking about interest expense. I am asking about the broker fees that we used to be able to deduct as a 2% misc item deduction back in the day.

No. Only expenses that are deducted on Schedule A.
The more I know the more I don’t know.
