I have a rental in Florida. I could get more rental income if I put in a pool. Can I depreciate
a pool for my rental property?

But everybody in Florida has a pool. If you really want to attract renters, put in a sheet of ice for curling. You will have people coming out of the woodwork to try and rent the place.
