Has the tax law been corrected in regards to 15 years versus 39 years?

There have not been any additional changes to Qualified Improvement Property since the original change for TY18. On the Federal Information Worksheet (Or applicable Information Worksheet for the business returns) there is a 2017 Tax Cuts & Jobs Act smart worksheet where you can choose to have ProSeries use the 15 years instead of the new automatic 39 years.

Since this post the CARES act has made the fix. Will Intuit be changing the depreciation code for the QIP property
