Can I use this allocation worksheet for K-1 income? Looks like this number of days allocation is intended for W-2 wages only.

I am NJ resident and only reportable income I have from NY is K-1 rental income from NY property. I go there once a month or so for property management purposes and was hoping to do a "number of days in NY allocation" on IT-203-B so the income would be so minimal that I won't have to file a NY non resident.
