I have a few customers that owe Ohio state and school district taxes. EF Status reflects 'Received by Intuit' but they have either not been accepted by the state or Intuit has not transmitted them. They have been setting at this status for a week or more. Any ideas or know what the problem/fix is?

Someone else posted recently they were having the same issue with Ohio returns. I can't find it because the search function here sucks.

Does your Ohio return have an underpayment penalty on the IT/SD 2210?

All of mine that are stuck in "received by intuit" have that form in the return.
