Hi, a few clients have asked about claiming computers, home office etc as day traders. This was one current client has been unemployed for most of last year (collecting unemployment). From this article, it seems to me it's very difficult to qualify for this status, but want to make sure I'm not missing any opportunities for this or other clients. What do you all think?
