It is entered on the W2 information on the federal. It did not transfer to the Maryland State. It needs to be shown on line 3. How do i fix this?

Box 14 of the W-2 must say MARYLAND STPICKUP in the first column with an amount listed in the second column and MARYLAND STPICKUP should populate in column 3 then it will carryover to the state return
