After installing the latest version, at the top it should now read 2020/2021 Version, correct?
Ours reads 2019/2020?

@IntuitAustin and @IntuitBettyJo should be back from their relaxing time off. I am sure they will get someone to monitor the plethora (at least 3) of EasyAcct postings for problems with the new release.

Have not received a reply. Been on hold with support for 3hrs now!!!
Can not process paychecks. Downloaded 2021 version, but there is no 2021?

After you download the new 2020/21 Program, then you have to "Run" the program in order to install it to your computer.
