Using EasyAccy Business system : Trying to properly back up everything from 2020, to desktop. (Legder , vendors etc.) How do I do this ?

will this save everything from 2020 or just the month that I am in now ?

It don't use EASY ACCT, but it does say it is backing up your company data. To me that means ALL DATA.
