New issue?
Sales journal - I am entering my 2026 income into the sales journal BUT FIRST I have to delete all the 2025 income that came through into 2026. This is happening to most of the clients. Is this issue on the fix it list? It is already May 2026, and still issues with this software, getting beyond frustrated.

They aren't going to fix that issue is what I have been told. We went back through every sales journal in 2025 for every client to make sure everything was there. Then we deleted the 2025 income in the 2026 sales journals before moving forward. For some clients we had to reenter 2025 income into the sales journal, so I would go through every month for every client.

Really. Isn't that interesting. We pay for the software, that was working previous years. EasyAcct did the BAD update at the busiest time of our year and now it is not going to be fixed. Wow....I am so happy I am going to retire in 24 months.
