Bank Recon Problem

Is anyone else having issues with the Bank Recon module in the updated 2025/2026 EasyAcct software? When I pull payroll into the Bank Recon all the payroll checks have the same employees name. The check numbers and amounts are correct but all checks only have the one name. Can anyone help with this issue?

Same thing happening to me. Also not pulling outstanding checks from last month. Did you find a solution?

I called tech support. A lot of people are having the same issue. They are working on a fix to put in an update or a "work around". They didn't give any set time in which this will be done.
