We lost 12 months of transaction data. We have all of 2023 but only through April 2024 exported from EasyACCT and converted from csv to excel. When importing, it shows completed with no errors but transactions are not there. I even did the troubleshooting in the date field to get it to import but I can't find the transactions anywhere. Is there an additional step I missed? I went by the How to import or export spreadsheet data in EasyACCT help article, updated about three months ago.
