I am receiving the following error when trying to install internet update in 2019/2020 EasyACCT Business System: error code and message 1471 SBF Unable to finish the requested operation because the specified process is not a GUI process

Welcome to the Tax Pro Community!
Try closing the program, right clicking on the EasyACCT icon and selecting "Run as Administrator." Then try running the updates again.

Can't update the information system. Keeps asking to insert disk and there is no disk.
